We had an amazing stay at Neo Apartments! the apartment in this gorgeous, old building was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. It was beautifully furnished and full of character. the location was perfect, with shops, bars, and cafes nearby. the owner, Andra, was incredibly kind and even looked after our luggage on the day we left. We felt so at home here, especially with the strong internet connection and Netflix account provided. Neo Apartments has definitely become our favorite place to stay in Cluj and we can't wait to come back. Cons: Nothing, all was good! ⭐️.

During my recent transit stay in Cluj-Napoca, I had the opportunity to experience the comfort and convenience of Neo Apartment Queen. One of the standout features was its location, with the nearest airport being just 7 km away. As a frequent traveler, having an accommodation that is close to the airport is a major plus. It made my journey much smoother and saved me valuable time. the apartment itself was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

While my overall experience at Neo Apartment Queen was pleasant, there was one minor drawback that caught my attention. The entry hall of the building had a slight damp smell, which was a bit off-putting at first.

I absolutely loved the decoration of the apartment. The combination of old architectural features with modern and stylish furniture and furnishings created a beautiful and inviting atmosphere. It was especially delightful for a senior woman like myself to relax in such a cozy and comfortable environment. The accessibility of the hotel was also excellent, making it easy for me to move around and explore the city.

If I had to ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have clearer signage or directions within the hotel. Sometimes it was a bit confusing to find my way around, and as a senior, I appreciate clear and easily understandable directions.

We loved the central location of the apartment, as it was surrounded by restaurants, shops, and entertainment options such as karaoke and casinos. the convenience of having everything within walking distance made our stay extremely enjoyable.
